Changing user passwords
By default, this administrator account has no password. Set a strong password for the admin administrator account. Change the password regularly.
Before you begin:
You must have Read-Write permission for System settings.
To change the password:
1. Go to System > Admin > Administrator.
2. Select username and click Change Password to display the configuration editor.
3. Complete the configuration as described in Table 76.
4. Save the configuration.

Guidelines
Old Password
Type the current password.
New Password
Type a password for the administrator account.
Tip: Set a strong password for all administrator accounts. The password should be at least eight characters long, be sufficiently complex, and be changed regularly. To check the strength of your password, you can use a utility such as Microsoft’s password strength meter.
Confirm Password
Type the password again to confirm its spelling.
