Escalating a Ticket

Follow the procedure below to escalate a ticket:

  1. Go to CASES tab.
  2. Click Add Filter search field to select and open a ticket using filters.
    The table displays the tickets matching the filter criteria.
  3. Click Edit button to open the ticket settings.
  4. Select the Escalation type from the drop-down and click Save.
