Editing a Ticket

The Edit option under CASES allows you to edit any ticket settings except Ticket Id including the state, assignee, escalation, priority, due date, attachments, email id and description.

Follow the procedure below to edit an existing ticket:

  1. Go to CASES and select the ticket(s) to edit.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. In the Edit Ticket dialog box, modify the required information.
  4. Click Save.
    The modified ticket(s) appears in the table.
