The Connection Tool widget
The Connection Tool widget enables a user to connect to a resource when it isn’t a bookmark. Ensure that the desired application or protocol (to which you want remote users to connect) is enabled in the Applications list of the General settings, by selecting the Settings button in the portal configuration window.
To configure the Connection Tool widget - CLI:
To change, for example, the full-access portal Connection Tool widget to allow all application types except Telnet, you would enter:
config vpn ssl web portal
edit full-access
config widget
edit 3
set allow-apps ftp rdp smb ssh vnc web
end
end
end
