You can go to
WiFi Controller > WiFi Network > SSID
and select
Create New
to add additional custom mesh downlink SSIDs.

Configure a mesh downlink SSID by selecting
Create New,
setting the
Traffic Mode
to
Mesh Downlink
and entering an SSID.
