FortiOS features currently not supported by FortiManager
The following features in FortiOS v5.0 Patch Release 5 are not supported in FortiManager v5.0 Patch Release 5:
• Updated categories within the application sensor
• Mobile FortiToken support
• FortiManager should support SSL VPN custom login
• Add More Filters options for IPS and Application Control profiles
• Add Web Filter administrative override Web-based Manager support
