Connectivity issues
One of your first tests when configuring a new policy should be to determine whether allowed traffic is flowing to your servers.
Is there a policy applied to the server or servers FortiADC was installed to load balance? If there is no policy, FortiADC will by default allow traffic to reach a back-end server, unless the default action has been changed. However, the virtual servers must also be configured before traffic can pass through.
If your network utilizes secure connections (HTTPS) and there is no traffic flow, is there a problem with your certificate?
